Microfinance institutions undergo major changes. Some are connected with the technological innovations and digitalization of operational processes and customer relations. Other changes are more organic, related to internal organizational challenges, changing market conditions or evolving regulatory regime. Whatever the reason, changes are often difficult to manage and call for unique leadership skills from MFI executives and managers.
During the webinar Nejira Nalic McCarrick, former CEO of MiBospo (microfinance institution from Bosnia and Herzegovina), will share her experience in managing change, overcoming crisis and leading continuous improvement processes within a microfinance institution. She will contrast this experience with her recent role as a consultant advising MFIs on change management.
