The series is a part of MFC’s Coaching and Peer-mentoring Programme for Leaders of People’s Development in MFIs.
Participation is free of charge for eligible participants.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This series is for microfinance institutions’ HR managers (or those responsible for staff development) from the EU, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Norway, Iceland.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
“Your peers help you to see differently what you do and this is the most valuable. The meetings are very intense, very professional, very specific, theoretical and also practical, focused on solutions—with debates on the advantages and disadvantages of solutions. I always felt great and energized after these meetings.”
